This is a hand made Tibetan white metal (alloy of copper, silver & nickel) pendant with beautiful Tibetan OM mantra inscription (in Ranjana Script: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ranjana_alphabet) along with weaving Filigree design and 4 blue and red beads. This unisex pendant could be a lovely gift for men or women.

Back of the pendant can be opened. A Ghau is a Tibetan Buddhist prayer box, usually made of metal and worn as jewelry.

The “Om Mane Padme Hum” is a 6 syllables Sanskrit mantra which can be found in the places influenced by Tibetan Buddhism. The mantra is associated with the Bodhisattva (enlightened being) of compassion.
